Submission Guidelines
Stage 01: Initial Abstract Proposal Submission
Authors are first invited to submit a structured abstract corresponding to one of the InnoVision 2026 conference tracks.
- Submission Type: Initial Abstract Proposal
- Length: 300 to 500 words
- Content: Research objectives, theoretical background, methodology, and expected contributions
- Submission Deadline: 1 October 2026
- Submission Channel: Only via the “New Submission” menu option on the current platform, ensuring that you select “Initial Abstract Proposal” as the submission type.
All abstracts will undergo an initial double-blind peer review to assess relevance, originality, and alignment with the conference theme and tracks.
Stage 02: Extended Abstract Submission (for Accepted Abstracts Only)
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit an extended abstract corresponding to their allocated conference track.
- Submission Type: Extended Abstract
- Length: Up to 1,000 words
- Content: Refined theoretical framework, literature positioning, methodology, preliminary or expected findings, and implications
- Extended abstracts will undergo a second double-blind peer-review process and, upon acceptance, will be included in the InnoVision 2026 Conference Program and Proceedings.
Stage 03: Full Paper Submission (by Invitation Only)
Full paper submissions are not required for conference participation. Authors may be invited to submit full papers exclusively for journal special issues or edited volumes, based on:
- The quality of the extended abstract
- Thematic fit with specific journals or books
- Recommendations from Track Chairs and the Scientific Committee
Full paper guidelines, timelines, and review processes will be communicated directly to invited authors by the respective journals or publishers.
