Conference Theme : Rethinking Business in the Era of Complexity: Foresight, Leadership, and Innovation

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, InnoVision 2026 marks the 2^nd chapter of a growing international academic initiative dedicated to advancing scholarly dialogue on the future of business in an increasingly complex and uncertain world. Hosted by GBSB Global Business School in Madrid, this edition strengthens Europe’s role as a hub for critical reflection, strategic foresight, and innovation-driven leadership.

As global systems face unprecedented volatility, driven by technological disruption, geopolitical shifts, climate risks, and social transformation, traditional business models and leadership paradigms are being fundamentally challenged. InnoVision 2026 responds to this reality by creating a platform for scholars, policymakers, educators, and industry leaders to rethink business through the lenses of complexity theory, foresight capabilities, responsible leadership, and systemic innovation.

Designed as a hybrid international conference, InnoVision 2026 aims to foster interdisciplinary research, cross-border collaboration, and actionable insights that support resilient organizations and sustainable futures.

Here are the important dates for participating in or simply attending the conference:

June 5, 2026: Deadline for submitting Initial Abstract Proposal * 

July 5, 2026: Notification to authors regarding preliminary decision on the initial proposal.

September 1, 2026: Deadline for submission of the Extended Abstract (for Accepted Abstracts Only) * 

October 5, 2026: Deadline for registration for the conference.

November 5 & 6, 2026: Dates of the conference, held In-Person at the GBSB Global Business School premises in Madrid, Spain, and Online.

GBSB Global will generously cover the full conference fee of €90 for all registered participants in celebration of our official Madrid campus inauguration through this international business conference.
